    Hypnotherapy is guided hypnosis, or a trance-like state of focus and concentration, achieved with the help of a clinical hypnotherapist.

    In this state, clients can turn their attention completely inward to find and utilize the natural resources deep within themselves that can help them make changes or regain control in certain areas of their life.


    ‍Hypnotherapy is essentially a self-help and educational process that requires the client’s full participation and commitment to change.

  • What Should I Expect in a Session?

    Although there are different techniques, clinical hypnotherapy is generally performed in a calm, therapeutic office environment. However, our hypnotherapy sessions are conducted online, from within the comfort and privacy of your home.


    The therapist will guide you into a relaxed, focused state and ask you to think about experiences and situations in positive ways that can help you change the way you think and behave.  


    You will hear the therapist’s suggestions, but it is up to you to decide whether or not to act on them. You will remember everything that happens and will be able to move your body and speak while hypnotized.

  • What Are Couples (Relationship) Sessions Like?

    Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship.


    Hypnotherapy sessions are held with both couples and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
